Our refund and return policy is as follows:

1. All products must be returned within 14 days of delivery, along with the original receipt.
2. Refunds will only be issued for products that are in stock. Custom-made or special order products are not eligible for refunds or cancellation.
3. Products must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
4. In the event that a product is defective, we will replace it with a new one, or we will fix it and send it back.
5. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
6. We do not refund down payments on customized orders

We will do our best to process refunds and returns as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for the process to be completed.
