3. Refund and Returns Policy
At Wild Steering Wheels, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help make things right.
Our refund and return policy is as follows:
- All products must be returned within 14 days of delivery, along with the original receipt.
- Refunds will only be issued for products that are in stock. Custom-made or special order products are not eligible for refunds or cancellation.
- Products must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
- In the event that a product is defective, we will replace it with a new one, or we will fix it and send it back.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We do not refund down payments on customized orders
